This programme is aimed at natural teams belonging to the same organisation. The objective is to increase the cohesion, trust and effectiveness of the teams.
The basic programme lasts 44 hours (3 consecutive days of 8 hours and 5 half days of 4 hours each month).
The following topics are developed: 1) The observer, 2) Conversations as the key to teamwork; 3) What we say and what we think; 4) Listen and inquire; 5) Silences and pending conversations; 6) Delivery of feedback; 7) Coordination of actions; 8) Emotionality and 9) The development of effective conversations.
Theory is alternated with practical exercises. Case studies are used for discussion and delving deeper into some areas, role-playing exercises are conducted for training in some skills and personalised support is provided on request from the participants.
