Encourage the team to carry out the objective which is set at the meeting using team coaching techniques.
The duration of the meeting. And as many meetings as deemed appropriate.
Once the team's goal has been set at this meeting, the coach will offer support via two formats:
- Questions during the session so that the team re-focuses the session if the observer notices that they are deviating from the objective.
- Final feedback of the observation conducted.
It can further be accompanied by a report analysing the connectivity that there has been and the degree of positivity/negativity that there has been in the conversations.
