To learn and practice personal self-care techniques in order to achieve high performance and wellbeing.

10 half days.

Content

  • High performance and wellbeing.
  • The 6 levels: plant-root, sacral-lumbar, stomach, heart, throat and front.
  • The combinations: breathing, visualisations, self-massage and body exercises.
  • Cardiac coherence.
  • Look after your language and it will take care of you.
  • Look after your thoughts and they will take care of you.
  • Mindfulness.

Methodology

Presentations and cognitive and physical exercises. Methodology for 'Learning by doing'.

Optional accompaniment for individual sessions for developing cognitive skills or for changing beliefs.
