To acquire management expertise in specific areas or situations and develop the associated skills.
The standard length is 16 hours. It is adapted to each case, depending on the practical sessions and training that the cooperative wishes to include.
It includes contents of a transversal nature (common to all areas of the organisation) together with those specific to the function for which the programme is intended.
Change Management: 1) What is change, 2) Typical responses, 3) The stages of change (denial, resistance, exploration and commitment), 4) Strategies for self management in the change 5) Strategies for facilitating change for others.
Conflict management: 1) Identification of the conflict, 2) View the conflict as an opportunity, 3) Causes, 4) Ways of reacting 5) Ideal responses to each form of reaction, 6) The management of emotions, 7) Tools for prevention, 8) Negotiation, 9) Mediation.
Managing meetings with contributors: 1) The meeting as a communicative process, 2) Defining the meeting (purpose and format), 3) Managing before, during and after the meeting, 4) Time management during the meeting 5) Communication skills (feedback, active listening and assertiveness), 6) Managing unwanted reactions.
Combination of theoretical presentations, practical dynamics, role-plays and sharing of experiences.
