To encourage the sense of belonging to a cooperative culture, for the participants to reflect on their role as representatives in strengthening the cooperative culture, and to focus on institutional involvement and its role in boosting this culture and develop attitudes and behaviours.

Constructive/cooperative culture.
Institutional involvement.
Work on the relationships between corporate bodies, communication channels, committee meetings.
Cooperative leadership for members of the Board of Directores: self-assessment of cooperative behaviours, teamwork capacity, responsible attitude and generation of cooperative environments.
Social transformation.
Future elements of the sense of cooperativism.
Methodology
Brief explanation of theoretical concepts, presentations and videos, exercises and group work, debate and reflection.
