Object

To encourage the newly-recruited manager’s integration within the cooperative, to provide an encouraging and motivating welcome for the new managers and to help them assume the cooperative’s principles and values.
 

Taught by

Corporate Centre Directors and the Otalora team.
 

Course duration

8 hours.
 

Content

1) Knowledge of the corporate structure and services, from the Corporate Centre.
2) Knowledge of the cooperative society (organisational structure, corporate and management bodies and their duties).
3) Corporate Management Model, Selfassessment and Action plans.
4) Concepts of the constructive/cooperative culture and cooperative leadership, and a message from the Chairman of the General Council.

Methodology

Brief explanation of theoretical concepts, presentations, videos, debate and reflection.
