To reinforce the cooperative identity, implementing the MCE’s basic cooperative principles, and awareness of the work done by the body it belongs to and the basic business concepts.

24 hours (two 8-hour days and two 4-hour days); 2 days only if the participants have already attended the Cooperative Training

Course as members.

Content

1) Social transformation project, Keys to the MCE, Cooperative principles and Evolution of the sense of cooperativism.

2) Cooperative regulatory framework, internal organisation of a Cooperative: Organisational and Management Units, duties of the Board of Directors, Financial framework and MONDRAGON’s corporate structure and tools for inter-cooperation.

3) Analysis of fi nancial statements, Economic and fi nancial position of the company, Business Plan and Control.

4) Communication (Tips for giving a committee meeting).

Methodology

Brief explanation of theoretical concepts, presentations and videos, exercises and group work, debate and reflection.
