The cultural development area aims to help cooperatives approach their culture in an increasingly cooperative, constructive way. Participants are able to diagnose their existing culture, design the target culture, adapt the people management systems and establish mechanisms for aligning the behaviours of the leaders and the other workers with those of the desired culture.
