To complete the Organisational Culture Survey by interviewing individuals or groups within the organisation, to listen to the qualitative contributions (narrative) concerning the elements of management (leadership, team, systems and shared project) and concerning the existing cultural traits with the ultimate objective of understanding the status of each one of the cultural archetypes of the constructive culture (learning, responsibility, positivity, achievement, customer, innovation, people, team and social responsibility) and the status of their systemic balance in the business.
The standard process lasts approximately a month and a half, with the following stages:
- Initial presentation,
- Selection of interviewees or people who will be part of the focus groups,
- Conducting interviews and/or focus groups,
- Processing the information gathered and
- Presentation of results report.
Conducting individual interviews and/or focus groups with specific questions to enable detailed identification of the cultures and sub-cultures existing within the organisation. Together with detailed processing using linguistic analysis of the cultural archetypes that are absent, present or oversized, and presenting a report on this.
This varies depending on the scope of the case.
