To train personnel from the Personnel Dept. (Managers or technicians) in the field of cultural development so that they are able to be internal facilitators of the cultural development processes within their organisation.
Six full days spread over 3 months.
Topic 1: Development of the organisational culture (1-Organisational culture and model, 2-Components of the cultural development, 3-Stages in the process of cultural change and implementation of the action plan)
Topic 2: Managing change (1-Basics of the intervention stage, 2-The change, 3-Self Management in times of change, 4-Facilitating the change process for others, managing resistance and problems)
Topic 3: Development of the facilitator role (1- Basics of the facilitator role, 2-Listen, empathise, investigate and develop awareness, 3- Individual and group accompaniments)
Combination of theoretical content with training. Learning by 'doing' with tasks between sessions.
