To define the skills that the cooperative considers key for managerial and executive staff of its organisation with the purpose of developing a constructive cooperative culture.
As a starting point the profile of cooperative leadership can be used, defined at Corporate level, comprising of eight skills (Vision, Achievement-oriented, Development of individuals and teams, Innovation-oriented, Customer-oriented, Positivity, Integrity and Trust and Cooperative Model).
Three or four half days following the process of: 1) Defining the competencies of the leader profile, 2) Definition of the behaviours associated with each competency and 3) Validation and deciding next steps to be taken.
The sessions are developed using different participative methodologies (round, metaplan, small group discussions, large group discussions, etc.).
Varies depending on the format agreed with the cooperative.
