To define the competencies or skills the cooperative considers to be of key importance for its organisation's managers and executives, with the aim of developing the constructive cooeprative culture.

Three half-days. The course involves the following: 1. Definition of leadership profile competencies, 2. Definition of the behaviours associated with each competency, and 3. Validating and establishing the next steps to be taken.
Different participative methodologies are used during the sessions (round, metaplan, small group debates).
