Definition of the desired culture and/or Values

AIM

To define the company Values and the OK and NOT OK behaviours associated with them or to choose the cultural focus associated with the business strategy (innovation, achievement, customer, people or team) and the associated OK and NOT OK behaviours.

Duration

Two or three half days following the process of: 

  1. Definition of the Values or choosing the cultural focus and 
  2. Definition of the OK and NOT OK associated behaviours.

Methodology

The sessions are developed using different participative methodologies (round, metaplan, small group discussions and large group discussions).

Price

Varies depending on the format agreed with the cooperative.
